› How do I apply for an apartment?
Our online application is easy and only takes 15 minutes to complete. Start by creating your account. From there, fill in the information requested and take a quick survey just in case we need to match you with a roommate. Once you input your guarantor information and other financial details, you’ll be on your way to signing your own personalized, individual lease agreement. For any questions along the way, contact our leasing office and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you.
› Will I need a cosigner for my lease?
At HERE Minneapolis, we don’t require cosigners for our leases. Instead, we require guarantors. Learn about guarantors below.
› What is a guarantor?
Guarantors are a third party outside of a tenant and a landlord that ensure the timely, full payment of rent. Usually, these are financially stable individuals close to HERE Minneapolis residents.
› Do apartments come furnished?
Yes, apartments do come fully-furnished with all of the major furniture items you’ll need from day one. Living rooms have a sofa with a coffee table, a mounted 50” LED SMART TV as well as a TV stand. Kitchens have stainless-steel appliances including a refrigerator, a stovetop oven, a microwave oven, and a dishwasher. Bedrooms each have a full-size bed with a memory-foam mattress and plenty of under-bed storage. They also have a desk and chair and mirrored-door closets with plenty of shelving.
› What floor-plans are available?

› Is there parking?
Of course. We have a secure, covered parking garage for the exclusive use of our HERE Minneapolis residents. To discuss getting your personal parking spot, contact our leasing office. Spaces are limited and leased on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to call to inquire about a parking spot today.
› Is there security at HERE Minneapolis?
The safety of our residents is our first priority at HERE Minneapolis. We have video surveillance, electronic fob entry, and video doorbells courtesy of Butterfly MX to help keep the premises secure.
› Does HERE Minneapolis allow pets?
Absolutely! You and your furry friends are more than welcome to come call HERE Minneapolis home. Please ask a leasing agent how you can register your pet!
